AWCC Business/Community Awards Terms & Conditions

a) All entrants must operate in the Alstonville/Wollongbar Plateau local area.

b) The Judging Panel reserves the right to place your entry into a category it feels most

appropriate.

c) The Judging Panel reserves the right to create or delete categories based on the entries

received.

d) Your privacy is protected and all entries are regarded as CONFIDENTIAL.

e) Applications will be destroyed within 60 days of entries closing, if not collected by entrant.

f) All entrants or nominations or their associated business must be registered with the ATO as

a business and hold a current ABN. (Except for Individual Community Services Award

entrants)

g) Submissions must address each aspect of the judging criteria.

h) Entrants do not need to be a current member of the Alstonville/Wollongbar Chamber.

i) The NSW Business Chamber Northern Rivers assist the Alstonville Wollongbar Chamber

of Commerce by coordinating a panel of external and impartial judges to review & judge

each nomination independently and advise of their findings. Neither the NSW Business

Chamber Northern Rivers or the Alstonville Wollongbar Chamber of Commerce Executive

Board are involved in determining the outcome of the judging process. Nominees can seek

feedback from the Judging Panel on their submissions by way of request to the AWCOC. The

decision of the Judging Panel is final.
